Mason's progress.

It's hard to believe that Mason's been alive for almost 10 weeks. We're starting to get the hang of life (or lack thereof) with two children. Nolan's accepted sharing the spotlight and is always concerned about "Where's Mason?"

Mason had his two month appointment last Friday. He weighed in at 13.4lbs and measured 24 inches so he's almost doubled in weight (he must have gotten into one of Dad's protein shakes). He's in the ninetieth percentile for both height and weight and the doc said everything looks normal. He's exploring his surroundings a lot; constantly looking around. He's able to hold his head up on his own and as far as we can tell it looks like he's going to have brown eyes just like his mama. He blessed us with a night of solid sleep--slept from 10pm to 6am--about a week ago but hasn't done that again. He's fighting a cold and the sniffles seem to keep him up at night but we're are hopeful that maybe after he get's over his cold that he'll start sleeping through most of the night. He is a very happy baby, always cooing, smiling and brighting our day and it's only appropriate that his favorite friends are a monkey and a tree frog.

Ha, ha...I tooted.

Our lil' devout Catholic!
